The client was discovered slumped over and unconscious and behind the wheel of his running car. The Fire Department accompanied by most of the local law enforcement agency came to the scene to lend assistance. Upon investigation the client was found to be in possession of heroin, handcuffed and stuffed into the rear of a police cruiser. The client retained Attorney Justin Shepherd. Attorney Shepherd worked diligently with the client to help the client battle his heroin addiction. The client's hard work paid off. Attorney Justin Shepherd negotiated a result with the prosecutor whereby the felony Heroin charge was Dropped. The client plead guilty to a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct violation for impeding traffic. The client was ecstatic with the misdemeanor result. The client successfully avoided becoming a convicted felon, did not go to prison and did will not suffer any of the repercussions of having a felony conviction on his record. March 8, 2018
Client was charged with Domestic Violence Simple Assault for allegedly slapping his significant other across the face. The client steadfastly maintained his innocence and hired Attorney Justin Shepherd. Attorney Shepherd aggressively prepared the case for trial and told the prosecutor to pound sand when he wanted to resolve the case.
